Hello
I have created an order form in MS Forms, there are 8 questions with, 8 qty fields so 16 questions in total. None of these items are mandatory. I designed it this way so staff could order 1 item or multiple in 1 form.
My question is;
How to i set up an approval process in Power Automate and extract the answers only and detail answers in the approval email so the manager can review and approve from 1 email?
i.e If 6 questions have been answered, i don't want 6 approval emails going to the manager.
1 form, 1 approval email.
Is this possible?
