Cannot share custom copilot without granting editor permission in Copilot studio

Hi, I have created a custom copilot in Copilot Studio and deployed to Teams. now I want to share it with some specific users in my organization. I added the user the Power Platform environment without assign any security roles, then when I share my copilot from Copilot Studio, it grant Editors permission to the user even it has no any security role. My goal is to share the copilot to end user so they can chat with it without permission of editing, publishing... can anyone help with this?

Thanks @nicox, my goal is to share the chat permission with some specific users in our organization, not all users. It seems that this Editor permission is always enabled when I select a specific user or security group, no matter how I change the assigned Security Role on the Power Platform environment.

There was another thread going with the similar topic.

Yes, if u Share it from Copilot studio, it gives the Editor Permissions. . The default behavior is that users who are shared on the bot are often given editor permissions.

To restrict the users, u need to play around with the Security roles in case of you are using Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.

You can assign user roles (such as Environment Maker, Viewer etc.) to limit their access to certain environments and capabilities. Users with more limited roles can access the bot without having permission to edit or publish.
