Getting SharePoint File metadata

I have a request to get an Excel document's SharePoint metadata such as; how many times has the file been viewed, who viewed it, activity, etc. It has to be logged somewhere as it shows in the SharePoint file details panel. I've tried Send HTTP Request to SharePoint, but am stricking out on this.

That information is not accessible through Power Automate. You can only get this data from the site usage data as you show in your screen shot. You could probably automate it through an RPA process using Power Automate Desktop though. Getting information on who viewed would require accessing the audit logs. You would need to make sure that your company has this turned on and that you have access to it. You can read what the audit logs track at Turn auditing on or off | Microsoft Learn
