I'm trying to invite external users but getting an error "Http request failed as there is an error getting AD OAuth token: 'AADSTS90038: Tenant '----------' request is being redirected to the National Cloud 'MicrosoftOnline.COM'."

It triggers when a SP List item is created or modified. The SP List has the email address of the external user (column: Title).
I got the Client ID, Tenant ID, and Secret from our Global Admin who registered the app in Azure.

We are also in Government cloud (GCC).
HTTP Action

*The typo (InvitedUserEmailAddress) on the above screenshot is not the cause, it has been fixed and still the same error.

I got this to work by using below under Authority field
https://login.microsoftonline.com
