Hi All,

I have a flow which is updating 10 columns from List A to List B. I am using "Send an http" action to update the columns as I have some managed metadata columns.

Now for eg. I have just filled 9 columns out of 10 columns in List A , now my flow should update those 9 values in List B. but my flow is failed in this case it is telling me to fill all the 10 values defined in "send an http action".

How to solve this issue?

You have to change the body of "Send an HTTP request..." to use only filled values.

can you please elaborate more?
I will just remove the empty column from the body and what if some one wants to fill the value later then again the issue will be there.

I mean you have to dynamically create the body of "Send an HTTP request..." before executing "Send an HTTP request..." .

I don't understand, sorry. If you are creating the body dynamically, why don't you exclude wpe_Field where "Label":""?

Because In future what if user want to update field column then again the flow will fail as field will not be defined in the body

Sorry I still don't catch your point. You have the constant set of fields. Why don't you validate each field value before executing a request? In case the field value is invalid you should exclude the field from the request body.

Hi @VictorIvanidze

Let me explain in from starting! I have a list A which has 10 columns some of the columns are of managed metadata ,
I have given a button in List A to trigger the flow, Now the user will go to the List A and will enter the values of the columns. its not necessary that they know all the values of all the 10 coulmns . Now let say a user filled 9 columns out of 10 and triggered the flow , now flow should take all the 9 values and update those values in List B . But what is happening right now is flow is throwing error that 10th column is empty.
now the user can not go to the flow and remove the 10th columns from the body of flow. there should be some way to update only those values which are present in the list A .
Let me know if any point are not cleared to you

Why don't you change the flow to check if the 10th (9th, anyone) column is empty and change the request accordingly?
