Copying rows from a new excel file and partially overwriting rows in and existing excel (OneDrive)

Hi,

I am using Flow to pull excel advertising reports from daily emails and put them into OneDrive (for those to be read by PowerBI). Every time a new report arrives, it overwrites the old one. Unfortunately some reports have become exceedingly large (using "all time" reporting window) and started to fail to pull older data (advertising platform issue).

I'm trying to find out if it'd be possible for me to use "last 7 days" reporting window in those reports, and - instead of overwriting the existing file entirely - only to overwrite data of the past 7 days.

Each day has multiple rows in those reports as there are further hierarchies beyond date involved in reporting.

Would existing functionality of Flow allow me to achieve this, or should I look elsewhere for solution?

Thanks for your advise!

    Hi @de_vitus

I think I understand what you need, but to be sure you want to filter the Excel with only results from the last 7 days?

    Sorry if I missunderstood something.

Hi @manuelstgomes thanks for your reply!

Yes, that's part of it. Filtering results from the last 7 days from the existing excel and deleting those. Then adding the new data from the last 7 days from the new excel into the existing excel.

Thanks in advance for your suggestion.

    Best,
