How to clone excel on sharepoint and sync it original sheet then run the autoamtion

Hi,

I have an excel that is saved on my colleagues PC and it was shared to me to edit and view. I am not able to add any automation (using power automate) because all the rights are present with my colleague.

I want to create a clone of this excel sheet on my PC so I'll have all the permissions and I can want to sync this clone to the original one. So all the changes will be also there in my excel as well, now I can create workflows and automations on my excel such that the triggers happen.

How can I do this? I am not able to sync the excel workbooks correctly.

When I tried to give the excel sheet link or navigate it's path I am getting this error from the automate parameters window and it's not letting me move forward.

"Failed to retrieve dynamic outputs. As a result, this operation's outputs might not be visible in subsequent actions. Error details: The dynamic operation request to API 'excelonlinebusiness' operation 'GetTable' failed with status code 'NotFound'. This may indicate invalid input parameters. Error response: { "status": 404, "message": "The requested resource doesn't exist.\r\nclientRequestId: bc7fa0c2-c21c-4f32-9e1a-de2d9b0df8c7\r\nserviceRequestId: ce8c25ad-c610-4641-aa66-bde654235bc3", "error": { "message": "The requested resource doesn't exist." }, "source": "excelonline-ne.azconn-ne-003.p.azurewebsites.net" }"

Thanks
