Copied Excel file not opening

Hi - I have a flow that copies an xlsb file from one location to another.  I then take the copied file and try to create an xlsx file.  The flow runs successfully, but when I try to open the xlsx file, I get an error.  Pictures below of the flow and the error message I am getting.  Is there anyway to correct the flow to make the xlsx file usable?

    Hi kboz78,

What you're trying to achieve makes no sense. XLSB is a binary format while XLSX is an XML one. You can't create an XML file with binary content.

Ultimately, what I am trying to do is get the xlsb file in to a format that works with auto refresh in the power bi service. I was attempting to convert to xlsx as that was working prior to the file being saved as xlsb. If that doesn't make sense, is there a different file type that you would suggest?

    Hi kboz78,

You didn't tell us about the real important keywords regarding your issue: Power BI auto refresh and Excel file conversion. You should have started with that. What your flow does is copy a XLSB content into a file with an XLSX extension but you need file conversion.

Indeed, XLSB file format is not compatible with Power BI auto refresh and as far as I know there no action available to do such conversion. I may have missed a premium one.

I'm sorry, but I won't really be helpful. All I found using Power Automate is this: Convert XLS files to XLSX files using UI flows - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com).
