Power Automate "Add a row" unable to find shared file on sharepoint

Hello,

I'm trying to make a simple flow that takes triggers on an MS Form submission and fills a row in an Excel file that has been shared with me on sharepoint. (Also sends an email to say that submission has been added)

The file is within : Sharepoint Site - Teamsite/Team Documents/Medals and Awards/

But when trying to locate the file, the flow cannot see the "medals and awards" directory within the "team documents" directory.

I can't find an option to add the shared URL which copied from the info dialogue of the open shared file is:

https://agency.sharepoint.com/sites/Team/Shared%20Documents/Medals%20and%20Awards/Employer%20Recognition%20.xls?web=1

TIA

I have the same question (0)

    Hi @Rob4242 ,

Could you please double check if you are using Excel connection created by the same account as the Excel file is shared with? In addition, is the file shared with you with the edit permission?

    Best regards,

Should be a yes to the first one and, yes I can edit the shared file when I open it.
