How to delete an Approval request in Teams

Hello,

a flow was deleted and restored. Not a single flow run, but the flow itself. After restoring all flow runs were run again. Big chaos.

The repeated flow runs have been delete in powerautomate. But they still exist in the unsers approval in teams. How can they be deleted? I have no clue.

thanks in advance,

Klaus

    Hello,

there is no way for power automate to delete the approvals (Not that is supported atleast), only the user that requested the approval can cancel it in Teams or the power automate portal.

This is not correct. I got information already that they are stored in Dataverse Approvals. I am just struggling with the notifications now.

Yes, but i only said that power automate does not have a supported way to do it. But yes u can remove them manually from dataverse.

    See below:

    "

Please note that writing or modifying approvals data in CDS is not supported. Doing so can result in the following invalid configurations or unexpected/undocumented behavior.

Please avoid using the CDS connector to update/delete approvals data, as it can break your system."

The break of the system was already caused by the restore of a delete workflow. All workflows were started again without a reason.
