Co pilot response and send it via an email

Hi All,

I have created a flow once an email comes to a folder in outlook inbox it triggers an AI Agent to look for an answer (from provided knowledge) and once AI agent have an answer, I would like to send that answer from agent to email it came from.

I am done with the first 3 parts but not able to record and send email back.

can someone please assist.

Sorry for your issues.

It is hard because you forgot to attach images of your flow, so we aren't exactly sure what is there and if you can explain what you mean by "not able to record and send email back" Is there some error? Can you share the error.

New folks always forget hehe to post the important stuff and I think I have found its purely (like me when I think I am doing what my wife wants), just going to be obvious to the people I am posting too.

Unfortunately hehe it isn't (I am old and half blind)

Please share pictures of your flow. Please share any errors. Also please show a flow run (not just the build view) so we can see what happened in each action.

Email is coming but not sending the copilot response in the email.

Which part are the first three parts?

Were you able to call an AI agent or is this the part that you are having problems with? Wouldn't the return for the call be text so you would just compose an email and send a response,

If the problem is the agent are you using an http call?

Hi Ronald,

I am not able to store/capture the response (answer) from copilot to send in an email.

Email is coming in my inbox so the flow is running but missing the copilot response which I want in the email body.

it's giving me that response.

can you please assist, how do I capture a copilot response and send in an email using flow instead of drafting and email and send manually.
