Parsing Shared emails

Hey All,

 

Is their anyway i can parse emails incoming from shared emails, i have a "When a email arrives(V3)" trigger and i did log into the shared email as a connection but it just uses my own outlook as a connection and it does not watch for emails coming in to the shared email. Can anyone help for this ?
