Is it possible to have the reply show as post by someone else or post by our group instead of me (who created the flow)?

    Hi @minniep ,

Could you please share a screenshot of the configuration of your flow?

Do you want the "reply to email" action of outlook connector or the "Post a reply to a message" action of Teams connector would send the message and as sent by others?

The send by person would always be the connection account for the created action, you could add the connection for the special person and choose the connection for the special person for the "reply to email" action of outlook connector or the "Post a reply to a message" action, and the message would show as post by the special person:

    Best regards,

Would it be possible to send by a Team?

I can't post a pic so I had set up Recurrence then Post a reply to message.

and I have the msg direct to the Team > Channel >Message ID > Reply

the connection is under me because I created it.

If possible I want the message show as reply by our team, not by me.

    Hello @minniep

Instead of using the Post a message action.

Try using the Adaptive card action in Teams. This way Flow shows up as the sender and not a user account (you)

    Thank you for your suggestion.

Our msg is just barely text ... but the color for text on Adaptive card is not sharp enough to catch the attention.

that's why we use the reply

we sometimes need to copy and paste the msg to the individual who happens not to see the announcement ... and adaptive card doesn't work with copy and paste I believe.  correct me if I am wrong.

actually I tried to copy and paste the card

but there will be extra lines added to it because adaptive card doesn't work like the HTML which I can but < br >

to make a word move to next line it will always be < p >, if you get what I meant

    Hi,

Markdown is supported, would markdown fit your needs?
    Take a look at this:
    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/platform/task-modules-and-cards/cards/cards-format?tabs=adaptive-md%2Cconnector-html

If you need to use post a message. My recommendation would be to setup a service account, that can be used for just Flow actions, like Flow.account@<your organization>
