Hi community,

I think I find a bug between Forms and flow.

Indeed, I can not collect fields from Forms to copy answers on Sharepoint.

Anyone else have this problem? Maybe I do something wrong .... 😞 🙂

I'm having the same problem. I submitted my form 11 times and only 2 submissions made it to SharePoint.

The emails/updates took place about 45 minutes after the form was submitted. The flow worked, but it took a LONG time to start.

Hi @Anonymous

Actually, the maximal frequency of your flow depends on your licence. 🙂
But that point is not my problem. I just can not link forms fields to sharepoint list fields anymore.

I've also encountered this issue. Flows that use this have stopped working and creating new ones has the same result as your screenshot is displaying.

Please let me know if anyone found the cause of this.

Hi community,

I noticed the same issue as noted above. When I piloted this 3 months ago it worked perfectly and now none of the capability to pull fields from the form to anything within flow is working. Please help!!!

Same problem here.

I had a working flow, worked fine for a month untill now..
Today I added 1 new field to the form and in the Sharepoint list.

then I wanted to update the FLow,
In the original Flow I cannot select the form anymore!??!!?
When I create a new Flow, I can not select formfields to store in SharePointlist.

Please let us know, what to do.
Or maybe we should not USE Forms in Flows?????

Hello all,

you need to split the forms operations.

Two new connector were designed in two new steps.

the first step is the trigger and the second is a read action that collect the data from the new entry in a bow.
