I am creating a Document Acknowledgement Workflow and I believe Approvals is the way to go but I have it all working up until :Start and wait" the next part if I select use responses and update item. If the approval is

Everyone responds - when I run it every individual is getting updated.

If I choose

One response - I got nothing updated,

How do I get it to update the list every time an individual responds?

I need the document acknowledgement list updated so my managers can look at who has and has not acknowledged reading documents.

Here is a snippet of flow. The list has extra columns (not needed) I was just testing few options. I am a beginner as this is my 2nd flow as it was just approved to be used at my company.

What am I doing wrong? I have tried various things and I can't get the responses to everyone in the group it was sent to. Or is there another way? I just need a document acknowledgement and somewhere managers can look at who has and hasn't acknowledged. Thanks!!
