Send external email from power automate (via SharePoint)

I'm building a flow where I retrieve values from a SharePoint list, among this, also an external email which then place in the TO-field.

See my screenshot.

Yes you can send to an external email address. Just make sure you switch the To box from Basic to Advanced mode by clicking on the icon above and to the right.

Thanks Pstork1. From my screenshot, you can see that this option is not available. Also, if I could, then I can't figure out what's expected from me?

What region are you located in? When you begin to type an email address into the To: field do you get prompted with Office 365 email addresses (Basic Mode)? Or does it just take the address you type in (Advanced Mode)? If it doesn't prompt with potential addresses then you are in the right mode already and all you need is dynamic data that contains a valid Internet accessible email address. If it still doesn't work then you need to check with you Office 365 email admins to make sure that they haven't disabled the ability to send to external addresses.

I found the error.

I used SharePoint's own "yes/no" field, and my flow didn't trigger on any value from there, so I made my own status field with my own drop down values for my flow to trigger on. That works. Also with external emails.
