This might be better suited in the power bi space, but does anyone know if there is an API that will change the owner of a power bi subscription? I have someone in my organization that is leaving the company, and they have a bunch of subscriptions that send data to other business units that I need to take ownership of. The power bi admin center is only showing me 2 or 3 at a time that belong to them when there should be 15+ subscriptions.

There is no API call for that. The closest you can get is to list the subscriptions

Thanks @lbendlin I knew of that API and have a process running that collected all that was just hoping for a shortcut to make it easier to update. I'm working on a process to move subscriptions out of power bi all together and have them handled via various APIs. Power BI service has gotten better but still isn't great when you have centralized reporting management vs individuals doing their own subscription management and reporting

Subscriptions are a horrible thing. They can easily bring a capacity to its knees (ask me how I know) and have very limited business value.

Data Activator is far from ready as a replacement.

You are right to implement your own process.
