False expression for condition

Hello,

 

Having issues with my workflow. My conditional is still reading false. Any ideas how this is happening and ways to fix it. I am new to workflows.

    Could you post a screenshot of the IF condition mapping? What are the values you are using? From the given runtime screenshot its difficult to determine what values you are comparing.
