Hello there,

I am trying to automate a very simple workflow. Worker A open an excel file 1, waits for the workbook links (to excel file 2) to load and then saves & closes it. The reason is so worker B can view the excel file 1, without having access to the excel file 2.
I am struggling to make the refresh on the excel file 1 so it loads the data from the restricted excel file2.What I am looking for is a way to force the refresh on excel file 1 without worker A doing it manually every day. I basically want to open the file, wait a few seconds for the links to load and then close it with autosave.

Greetings
André

    1. In the workbook create a New Script:
      • Go to the "Automate" tab in the ribbon.
    2. Record the Script:
      • Record a script to refresh the workbook and save it.
    3. Create a New Scheduled Flow:
    4. Set the flow to run on a daily schedule (e.g., every day at a specific time).
    5. Add the "Run Script" Action
      • Search for "Excel Online (Business)" and select the "Run script" action.
