How does the formatting of the text look like?

How does the html source code look like?

You might have to inject the text into the textbox element using "Javascript for webpage" action so that the formatting remains same.

    Hi @Mengi ,

    - Generally you would need to add html formatting tags for eg: <BR> for a newline.

But it all depends on whether the textbox supports html or not.

If it does not support then the email will be sent along with <BR> written in it.

    - Another option is: form the email body in a variable within PAD with the newline characters.

And then write that variable to the textbox and see what happens.

Refer "Append an Empty Line" section of this link.

Add an Empty String/Blank New Line on Power Automate Desktop - FlowJoe.io

At first try the second option.
