There was a problem reaching this app (Banner displayed in Teams but working)

The app uses a SharePoint list and is published and uploaded to Teams portal as an app and pushed out to user using a Teams policy.

User can randomly get the banner in the App in Teams, the app works no issue but it will display the banner saying "There was a problem reach this app" then it goes away, randmly pops up again.

I have not seen the same issue if using web browser to access the app.

pls try the following:

Whitelisted URLs: Ensure the following URLs are accessible and not blocked by a firewall or proxy:
*.powerapps.com
*.microsoft.com
*.sharepoint.com
*.teams.microsoft.com

Update Teams Desktop Client: Ensure users are using the latest version of the Microsoft Teams desktop client. Ask users to clear Teams cache by navigating to %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams and deleting the content.

Thank you but this is not resolving it.

We are not blockig the services and the app works but randomly shows up with the banner, this can be even if I access the app outside of the internal network on different devices.
