Flow randomly fails!

Hi,

I have flow which usually Succeeds but it randomly fails. This makes it very unreliable. See screenshot of failure example.

Anyone any ideas how to resolve this or can point me in the right direction?

Hey Ollie, the image that you've shared with us is quite compressed so that we can't read what the error message is.

I assume that there is written Unauthorized. If that's the case could you check if the User starting the flow has the right acces to the database.

Please also check if there is a Space befor or after the Item name that you want to create. This will also cause an error. check for any Special Characters in the Document title.

If it was a space you can simply use trim to avoid those problems again.

It is quite hard to Spot a space in front ot after the Title so try to highlight the entirety of the title to be sure there is nothing thath shouldn't be there.

I have reattached the image.

Yes the user has access to the database. All users have Contribute access.

Mostly this flow works but just randomly fails?

Did you take a look at the title? did you find a traling space or anything that isn't accepted?
