Power Automate for Teams で作成した自動送信フローについてご相談です。

「Recurrence（繰り返し）」トリガーを使用しており、設定は以下の通りです。

頻度：1週
曜日：水曜日
時間：14時（日本時間）
タイムゾーン：(UTC+09:00) 大阪、札幌、東京
開始時間：2025-11-12T05:00:00.000Z
プレビュー表示：「Wednesday の毎週にの14:00時に実行する。

設定内容は正しく「日本時間14時」に実行されるようになっているのですが、
実際には 23時頃にメッセージが自動送信されてしまいました。

テスト実行は完了済みで、トリガーは「Recurrence」ひとつだけ設定しています。
そのため、設定ミスではなく、想定外の時間でトリガーが動作したように見えます。

確認したい点は以下の通りです。

設定が正しいにもかかわらず、スケジュールトリガーが異なる時間に実行されることはありますか？
タイムゾーンやUTC変換の影響などで、動作時間がずれる既知の事象や仕様はありますか？
再発防止のために確認・調整すべき設定項目があれば教えてください。

同様の経験をされた方や、原因の可能性についてご存じの方がいらっしゃいましたら、ご教示いただけますと幸いです。

Apologies, can you Post your picture in and not attach it, it almost never works attaching it.

Since the actual run is in UTC, (and this happens in the US also due to Daylight savings time where we gain or lose an hour), we have to make sure that whatever time we set actually converts to UTC.

So whatever you set it to (after you pick the time zone), I would ask ChatGPT or Copilot or some other online tool to verify currently what is the UTC time, compared to the time you and time zone you are configuring, because that will tell if if the flow will run at the correct time since it really runs at the UTC time of whatever you setup.

So I know you see your time zone but its not actually what it does.

So sometimes I mistakenly set it for X during daylight savings time and I have the right timezone but I am off by an hour + or -
