Dynamics 365 Trigger when Create or Update a record failed

Dear,

I want to set up a flow in which SharePoint list items are created or updated from the moment a Dynamics 365 account is created or updated. Last week this worked but since a couple of days Flow does not trigger anymore when I create or update an account in Dynamics 365.

I have narrowed it down by firstly creating a simple flow when a SharePoint item gets created or updated and this triggers properly. After that, I have copied my Flow that won't trigger and changed the Organization to my sandbox environment (copy of my production environment). This works also...

After that, I have tried to trigger when creating a contact on the environment that doesn't work. This doesn't trigger the flow.

So, the conclusion in my point of view is that it has to be something with my Dynamics 365 production organization.

The connection is made with a system admin account. I have turned off all running workflows in Dynamics 365. Furthermore, there is nothing special with my accounts entity.

Has anyone any ideas how this can be resolved?

Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

I have succeeded to make it work BUT it only checks every two hours. This has to be every 5 minutes I guess?

In the skipped runs it says literally "Retry-After": "7200".

    Kind regards,

    Sander

    Hi SanderDhooge,

How about other triggers for Dynamics 365? Will you get the same issue with other Dynamics 365 triggers?
Have you tried with other entities? Will other entities get the same issue?
Have you tried to recreate the connection to see if it will work?
If you are still having the issue, please feel free post back with the URL of the flow for further investigation.

    Best regards,
    Mabel Mao
