Hello. New user. I used a template to set up switch on of email autoreply on a friday (with it planned only to do this if someone replies specifically on friday)

But it is now saturday and the flow is still running and sending OutOfOffice replies.

I used Recurrence

Interval 1 week

Start time blank

On these days Friday

Rest of fields blank

then Set Up Automatic Replies

AlwaysEnabled

Ext Audience All

Start Time blank

End Time blank  (as asks for a date?)

Internal message

External message.

Any advice?  or do i need another step to switch flow off?

Thank you.

So I have tried a completely separate new scheduled flow with the same set up but starting on the saturday and with out of office replies then set to disabled.

Will that work or will that then effect/override triggering the flow for sending the weekly single day OoO replies on the following Friday?

    Hello,

Not sure which template you are currently using, would recommend using the template named as "Send auto-replies to senders when a new email arrives after office hours". You can also refer to below thread for a similar discussion

Share us the flow design so that we can suggest further.

Thank you. The template I originally tried is ‘Set up automatic replies in Office 365 Outlook” -

If i was to your suggestion template, how do you set just a specific day instead of time and ensure it then switches off the following day?
