Include comments in Power Automate options email

Hello Community, I am integrating approvals within my Power Apps application connected to SharePoint files. Everything works fine for the different approvers, however the issue of comments came up. From the "Send email with options" action I would like to integrate comments, to represent them in the app.

I know that there are Approvals actions that allow you to integrate comments and perform the operation of approving or rejecting, but I would like to leave these aside. Is there any way to integrate comments?

Hi,

The Send Email with Options action does not have a field to add comments so the only input you can receive is the selected option.
