Error when using new-email-arrives trigger

Hello everyone

 

When I use the trigger "When a new email arrives (V3)", I get this message:

The template validation failed: 'The template action type 'OpenApiConnectionNotification' is not supported.'.

 

I have used this trigger many times, but I suddenly get this error. How do I solve it?

    Hi @torisla 

     

    Please can you check few things to start with:

    Have you tried to reauthenticate your connection to Outlook?

    Try recreating the trigger and see if that works.

    Try creating a new flow with same trigger and see if it is getting triggered.

     

    There hasn't been any changes to the trigger ad it has been working fine for me.
