Hello All,

Have build a Flow,

Where

Step 1. Get Items - Reading items from a SharePoint list

Step 2. Delete Items - Deleting records by taking the ID from the above Get Items action.

Sometimes, Flow failed Due to Item not Found.

Error

Action 'Delete_item' failed

Item Not Found

This is puzzling because the item ID(For Deletion) is being picked from the "Get Items" action, yet the error still occurs intermittently(My flow failed 4 times in last 30 days with same issue.).

Attached the screenshot of the Error Screen.

Any help on this would be highly appreciated as this is impacting in our daily activity in Production.

Hi

My recommendation is to put error handling around your Delete.

Also you aren't showing what the inputs and outputs are of those Delete Item

It would be interesting to specifically look at that value and then go into the List and verify its there.

That is the vest way to find the issue, or add the error handler and log any ID's that fail, but otherwise continue on in your loop.

Yes, I can add the error handler. But that doesn't solve the issue.
Flow will not work somehow due to this.

My Question, why this is happening.

I have attached the Screenshot for more clarity.
Get Items is Connected with a SharePointList.

Delete Item is taking the ID from Get Items

and once again flow fails, due to same error...
