I have exit button in powerapp which has the code Exit(). When exit button is clicked, it redirects me to the https://make.powerapps.com
Is there anyway where I can close the browser tab instead of above redirection?

Unfortunately not - the tab itself is outside the control of any Power Apps code - only the tab content.
