X-PowerBI-Error-Info": "ServicePrincipalIsNotAllowedByTenantAdminSwitch

Hi All,

I need to get refresh history of my Power Dataset using Power automate HTTP request via Azure Active Directory OAuth.

I complete all the Process in Azure Portal like, Register Application to get required IDs, Give API Permission for dataset Dataset.Read.All and in HTTP URL give group id and dataset id from the dataset.
This Process all are complete with the help by the below video,

But I got the below error : Unauthorized.

I don't have any license for Power automate. Is it Problem for this?
I have Trial Environment and Public API is working is fine. But, here got this error.

How to resolve this?
Please help me.
Thanks in advance.

    I can solve this by,

Giving Admin Consent in Azure API Permission and enable all the API credential in Power BI Admin - Tenant Settings, now this error gone and the flow is running successfully to get Dataset Refresh History.
