I want to patch the radio button selection which is a choice column in data verse table to another table which is lookup to first column but if we select yes on radio button it will show a text input column and i want to patch that as well if user select yes and provide input in text column both need to be patched in two different column in table which answer and rationale column
so as per the image if user select yes then it will show textbox which need to be filled and then i need to patch this table in dataverse.
