I have a flow that creates a new excel file and wants to get rid of a sheet in that file using an HTTP request.

After creating the file, I use the file path as the relative URL which is: /License Mgmt Library/Procurement Deliverables/2024-03-26T20_31_35.7756709Z.xlsx

But it always gives this error:

Server relative urls must start with SPWeb.ServerRelativeUrl
clientRequestId: f0e27dda-36a3-4e12-8b99-f01f6088186d
serviceRequestId: 2fea18a1-e017-0000-2bed-cc7d83f2f219

Do I need to include the site, and all of the subfolders the file is located in?
