Hard time creating a formatted bug report using MS (group) Form with File Upload + Sharepoint list

Hello everyone,

I am quite new to Powerautomate and having a hard time getting the intended result. I found many posts on that topic but none really works ...

What I am trying to achieve is basically a formatted Bug/Test report using a MS Forms document that should produce an HTML formatted email with embedded images from file uploads within that form. I did manage to get it working to the extent that a file uploaded from the pc appear in the email body when previously created as item in a sharepoint list. However, there is a couple of things not working:

1. it  fails for image uploads taken directly from a phone camera.

2. in the sharepoint list the items only appear as attachments -> no thumbnail?  And only for one file upload.

Any help on how to get this behaving correctly is highly appreciated.

I have managed to get it to this stage  but the list does not receive the uploaded files from the array and neither does the mail :

    Hi,

    1. There is a limit of MB of which documents can be uploaded in the list and the mail body.

    2. In the share list you can store multiple attachments but again there might be Size restrictions.
