Automate - Create an approval system with three variables

Hey guys,

I am creating an approval system workflow. The approval choices consists of "Approved" "Rejected" & "Approved Partially." When I run the flow,  I can select Approved/Rejected, but I am not sure how to set up a condition for Approved Partially. In the original workflow when I select Approved Partially, it treats it as if I choose "Rejected" since it is not the control variable "Approved." I have tried using a parallel branch as shown here, but that did not work. I would appreciate any help with how I can accomplish this or re-structure what I have.

    Hey @Anonymous

Have you considered using a Switch action instead of trying to handle multiple conditions on a parallel branch?

    For example:

If you notice, the dynamic value for *On in the initial Switch action can be set to your "Outcome" variable and then each "Case" would be the value for the picklist item (i.e. Approved, Partially Approved, Rejected, etc.) with whichever corresponding action you would like to take.

    Thoughts?
