Hi

My invoices photo below has 1 certain item with example of 12 quantity, how to split them as single if I'm using Invoice Data collection?
Because on excel it shows 12 pieces, so i cant assignee them for certain users i need to split manually,

Anyone faced this issued?

Thanks for answer i mean split from 1 row with 12 quantity to 12 rows with 1 quantity,

Understood. Did you try looking into using a Do Until control to replicate rows when adding them to Excel through in your Flow? This post gives more insights into how you could build the result: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Power-Automate/Tips-10-times-do-some-actions-by-Do-until-and-variables-like-for/td-p/36725 . You would use the quantity from the document as the loop iteration count, and 1 as the quantity you insert in Excel.

This is bad, because for example i have invoice with 100 items, some of this items have quantity of 10 maybe 20, some has only 1.

You should be able to iterate based on quantity for each item in your invoice. Something like this should work:

i cant insert variable or move them idk why.

I think you should be able to insert variable related operations after any existing action by clicking on the "Add an action" or "+" sign when you hover above arrows. You can then drag and drop other items if you'd like that action to come up first.

Cant add them when they action started and if action started i cant collect info from actions before.

Sorry to hear that, I'm not exactly sure how to help make progress 😕. Would it be possible to try starting from a new flow to see if that works better? At least as a way to validate the approach?
