I recently launched an automated birthday email on power automate, this means if a staff is having their birthday today, they get a birthday message on outlook. I use excel to pull the staff data and i set it in such a way that when it checks a row and find that the birth month is the same as today's and also the birth date is the same as today's then outlook sends the birthday message to the email found in that row.
However, i noticed it doesn't send emails to some people. A person had their birthday the yesterday and it sent the message to them, another person had their birthday today, but it didn't send it to them. Please do you know the cause?
