Can I get a report after running my flow on PAD ?

After I run my flow, I need a report to tell me if it is successful or failed but I can't find it

    Please try to log in https://make.powerapps.com/, choose the correct env and select 'Flow Session' table.

    Sorry, I'm not sure. Maybe you don't have enough permissions to see the data.

    What is your security role in this environment?

    You can check your role from https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/

    Could you contact your power platform administrator?

    A quick check is to ask the administrator check if the flow session table has any values.
