My flows all worked fine in the old builder. But noticed today, that anywhere i had link to item in a v3 email, it was replaced by: ']}

This is an issue with new designer. Pls switch to classic designer by toggle off 'New designer' flag as shown below and then readd the link from dynamic content window:
