I am a newbie and need help with Power Automate Flow.
Scenario: Customer logs in a request and enters a start date & time (field is called 'start time') for planned visit. So the status of the visit is set to scheduled manually.
The requirement is to send an email to customer 1)one day before the start date 2)seven days before the start date, once the visit status is scheduled
Eg- if the visit is scheduled for 10th Apr, customer should be notified on 3th April (7 days before) and then on 9th April (1 day before)
I have decided to make a scheduled flow, please see below:
The flow works randomly (it only works 2 out of 10 times- which is bit weird)- can someone help me in figuring out what I may have done wrong:
