Hi, I have two apps in the same environment why the app setting for them are different?

    Per app settings are specific to each app in an environment that allows the use of per app settings. One of your apps has been setup to allow the use of per app licenses, the other has not.  Take a look at Step#3 in this walkthrough on per App licenses. About Power Apps per app plans - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn
