Flow Connections breaking everyday

As of last week, almost all power automate connections keep breaking ( see screenshots ). This is happening every day now and is stopping important things like, onboarding/offboard flows, payroll adjustment flows and many other things from working. It is happening across multiple accounts.

Stated in Microsoft's email this is caused by one of 3 things:

  • A password change ( not the case as these accounts have persistent passwords)
  • MFA has been enabled ( confirmed this isn’t the case )
  • A policy change on our tenant has changed and caused these connections to stop.

I need to resolve this ASAP or we will have to tell the whole firm not to use any of these automated forms/flows, something I really want to avoid.

What could be causing this issue? I suspect Microsoft have changed something in the backend that is triggering it as at least 3 accounts started having this issue on the same day.

Hi! Try fixing the broken connections. Check this link, but instead of entering different credentials just re-authenticate the same ones: Learn to connect to your data using connections and on-premises data gateways - Power Automate | Microsoft Docs

Hi, unfortunately that is what I am doing. Except I have to do this every, single, day. Sometimes multiple times a day.

@James_Anderson Did you ever find a solution to this?
