Data from MS Forms

I have an MS Form that is collecting Time Off information that is then saved into a SharePoint List, then added to a group calendar.  My issue is that since there is only a Date Field in MS Forms, I need to be able to capture times requested off, for instance a couple of hours or 1/2 day to add that to the calendar showing the desired time off.  Date works, but since there isn't a way on the form (which maybe there is) to enter in the times requesting off.  The Flow just updates the SharePoint Date/Time field with a time that is not what is being requested.

Would there be a good way to get the time information from MS Forms to the SharePoint list?

    Hello @kwilliams ,

there's no direct way how to add time to the date in MS Forms, but you could add another 2 'choice' questions, From and To, and configure available times as choices in these questions.

    From:
    8:00
    9:00
    10:00
    ...

    To:
    8:00
    9:00
    ...

The you could combine it with the Date and update it to the SharePoint.

I could do that, but for now I'm having another issue, when I add the Dates to my SharePoint List, it is doing some type of conversion where it is a day behind.  For instance if I select the Date on the Form to be 09/30/2021, when it creates the item on my SharePoint List it is 09/29/2021.  I added a convert time action to my flow, but it is still adding it as a day behind.
