getting error when saving cloud flow: Flow save failed with code 'ActionSchemaInvalid"

Good day
 
Getting the following error when trying to save a cloud flow. 
The schema definition for action with status code 200 is not valid. The schema definition for action with the same status code must match. 
It is simple flow under construction.  There is no privacy issue with the data as this is a lab environment.

    Please share an image of the flow run that highlights the action with the error. It will be highlighted with a red exclamation point. This will help to pinpoint the error. And then also show how that action is configured as well as any expression(s) used in the action.

    I can't run the flow. That error happens when is save or click TEST (which wants to save first).
