Hi,
I made a flow (shared a flow with another user) in which it is sent an email using:
However, when that person runs the flow, we get the following error:
Getting User Mail
Setting the Email ("From...")
How could I solve it?
Thanks for the support
I had a similar error when running an approval flow. The solution was to change in "Manage execution-only permissions" in the connections used to change it in the mail area, to use the user connection of "only execution" because if the connection of the owner of the flow is taken care of, the error presents me again.
Trate de explicarlo lo mejor posible en ingles ya que no es mi idioma natal pero, espero que les funcione.
Hi @VikG
Here I have a problem that is presented in your solution.
Why would it have to be enabled for each mailbox and if the organization has many users?.
I waiting for your comments
Thanks
Hey @VikG It's still not working for me
Anyway you can post your working flow so I can recheck with mine ? Thanks
Just to clarify, i was using the wrong Action. I needed to use the Send an email from a shared mailbox
Did you find a solution to this? I'm seeing the same issue. I have delegated permissions to send as a shared mailbox, but still, I get the same error:
"You are not authorized to send mail on behalf of the specified sending account.
clientRequestId: ef205690-579a-495c-aa77-e5bce9e2d6f4
serviceRequestId: 69a98d97-c82d-6fc2-5e73-3e31f4d4508c"
Hi, I'm having a similar issue.
I've assigned myself as a delegate of the shared mailbox (I'm the office 365 global admin), however, I'm still seeing the same error when I run my (very simple) power apps flow.
You are not authorized to send mail on behalf of the specified sending account.
clientRequestId: 24c926c4-6fe2-4b4c-94f5-b9f66ce3a02a
serviceRequestId: fd562202-c87e-15e3-d4f2-4cfb5ece4428
Above is the error I see
Above is the delegates section of the shared mailbox, as you can see, I am a delegate.
Anyone got any ideas?
@AnaLo you need to delegate permissions
Check this out :
https://www.nucleustechnologies.com/blog/how-to-grant-permissions-to-other-office-365-mailboxes/
Check steps in Assigning Permissions to User Mailboxes through Exchange Admin Center
The flow owner email ID should have permissions to send emails on behalf of shared mailbox.
Hope this helps.
Please like and accept solution.
