Hello All - I have a MS Planner group created for Mnaagers and Front LIne Managers.

I have a power app for which the access at app level is based on the users in one of the above groups in planner.

I have a few buttons on Power App whcih are enabled based on the a column in SP list where email address and Designation tag of the Managers / Front Line Managers are updated.

Is there a way, we can enable or disable a button based on the planner group rather than maintaining the list.

You can set the displaymode on the buttons to pull from Office365Group connect. Something like this if you have the group ID's you can set it to this for each button.

If(IsEmpty(Filter(Office365Groups.ListGroupMembers("199e6148-dc1d-4b56-8772-4bdc41b0b798").value,mail = User().Email)),DisplayMode.Disabled,DisplayMode.Edit)

This is getting the list of members using the Office365Groups.ListGroupMembers() function, passing the groupid then doing a filter to see if any of the members mail attribute equals the email of the logged in user. If it is empty or they aren't in the group then DisplayMode.Disabled else Edit if they are.

Thank you @cwebb365 for the update. I have deployed this on weekend and am waiting for my users to give me the feedback. if this works, this will be game changer for me.
