White Screen error Powerapps

Hi, my users are getting a white screen when using the barcode scanner function in Powerapps.

 

The process is the following:

- They access to the barcode scanning screen.

- Scan a barcode successfully.

- The app comes back and a  white screen as the attached image.

 

They are using an iPhone 4 and my session details are:

Session ID: 2388a7ea-49ce-495d-a59b-5f22b3ce5611
PowerApps 3.19051.14

    Hi @serastpan ,

    Which version is your iPhone 4?

    Which version is the PowerApps Mobile App in your iPhone 4?

     

    I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. The version of my iPhone X is 12.2, the version of PowerApps Mobile App in your iOS device is 3.19051.17.

     

    Please check if the version of your iOS device and the PowerApps Mobile App are both the latest version, if not, please consider upgrade them to the latest version, then try it again, check if the issue is solved.

    Also please take a try to turn off the "Improved app rednering (final validation)" option within Advanced settings of App settings of your app, try your app again, check if the issue has been fixed.

     

    Also please make sure your Mobile device has meets the System Requirements to run an canvas app:

    In addition, you could also consider take a try to enable the "Web barcode scanner" option within Advanced settings of App settings of your app to use the old version of Barcode scanner instead of the new version of Barcode scanner control.

    Thank you for your response.

     

    We were guessing it was related to the old phones which can be updated up to iOS 8.

     

    We will be replacing those devices as the app seems to work fine for more recent phones.
