Dynamic content not showing when I want to map Excel fields to form responses

I've set up a flow so that when a form is completed it adds a row to an Excel spreadsheet, but I'm not able to map the Excel fields to the form questions - when I click into the Dynamic content it doesn't show any of the form questions for me to select.

Both the form and the Excel file were created by me with the same Office 365 account - the file is saved on my One Drive. There's no connection errors showing. Is there a setting somewhere that I need to check?

I came across a post that suggested that part of the problem could be due to the 'Apply to each' setting, but I cannot stop that from appearing when I select the List of responses option in the second step of the flow...

@jude_b The Apply to Each action isn't necessary in your flow. Pull the Get Response Details action outside of the Apply to Each action.

Thanks for your advice but I cannot seem to get that to happen...

I add the Get response details action, select my form from the drop down list in the first box, then in the response ID box the only option I have from the Dynamic content is 'List of response notifications Response ID. Once I select that then the whole action is automatically enclosed within the Apply to each box - and when I try and drag the action back out I get an error message - 'This action cannot be dragged out of foreach as it depends on an action inside foreach.'

Is there something amiss with the way that my organisation has set up our accounts?

@jude_b If you started editing your flow in the new designer, you may need to create a new flow and switch to the Classic Designer first before you start editing. This seems to be a bug with the new designer.

Thank you so much! I have been trying to figure out where I was going wrong for days! (On and off anyway.) Just created a new flow completely from scratch with the new designer turned off and the fields were there - huzzah!
