Bad Requeust Error, Event is Still Created

I am using Flow "Create Event V3" to create calendar entries and send invitations. I also have a Run After to send a notification on failures. I am receiving the failure notification for a large portion of Flows but the events are being scheduled and invitations are being sent without issue. Here is my error:

"The send or update operation could not be performed because the change key passed in the request does not match the current change key for the item."

Any ideas why I am receiving this error in spite of the event being created successfully?
