I dont know to fix this 403 error, it says access denied

Some help will be greatly appreciated

It was working before until I disabled the account's premium plan, and then enabled it back again.

Error

Action 'Export_email_(V2)_2' failed

Access is denied. Check credentials and try again., The process failed to get the correct properties.
