Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I want to create a power automation that will send an email when there are 10 new items in a SharePoint list. All the things I have found are either sending an email with each new entry or sending 1 email with all the entries. I would like for it to not send emails if there are 10 or more items on the list only if they are new. This is the flow I currently have, it runs but the condition is false everytime even when I add 10 new ones.
